Reports to: Assistant General Manager / Managing Partner

Looking for a kids attendant who will be responsible for caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

The Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. We are a collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging place to work.

The kids attendant will allow our club members to comfortably enjoy their workout knowing that their child is being safely cared for. Kids attendants are focused on providing a positive childcare experience to Crunch members.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety
• Provide consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects
• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction
• Keep children calm
• Clean and sanitize toys
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

High school diploma or GED required

$12-14/hour
