Concrete Spreader Operator – Beaumont, TX

Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Concrete Spreader Operators to join our construction team in Beaumont, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.

• Operate concrete placing and spreading equipment to distribute and level concrete according to project specifications.
• Control machinery to ensure proper depth, width, and finish of concrete surfaces.
• Work in coordination with other team members, including concrete finishers, to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and identify potential hazards while operating equipment on construction sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• 3+ years of experience operating concrete placing/spreading equipment or similar heavy machinery. Experience with Gomaco 2600 preferred.
• Background in heavy civil construction, particularly in concrete placement and finishing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
