A Rheumatology group of 2 are seeking a 3rd Rheumatologist to join their team in a position that is 100% clinical. These 2 physicians have emphasized how much they enjoy their clinic pace, low volumes, and autonomy.
This is a unique opportunity with an emphasis on patient care, a 4.5-day work week, and no call.
The Position:
• Brand-new, 40,000 square foot infusion center with 40 infusion bays opening in early 2026
• Practice alongside 2 Rheumatologists, MA's, Scribes, and strong support staff
• Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week, 1/2 day on Fridays
• Average of 10-12 patients per day
• No call, position is 100% outpatient/clinical
• No visa support
Compensation:
• Base Salary up to $300K with upside potential
• Sign-on bonus of $50K, Student Loan Repayment options
