- MD or DO, plus successful completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- TX medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Proficient in acute orthopedic trauma techniques, including complex fracture management
