Substitute Teacher

All Saints Episcopal School is seeking qualified substitute teachers to join our on-call roster for the 2025–2026 school year. Substitutes play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring continuity of learning and care when classroom teachers are absent.

Full Day
: $90

Half Day
: $50

Long-Term Assignments: Daily rate dependent on experience, teacher certification, and assignment length

Deliver prepared lesson plans and instructional materials in a manner consistent with school expectations.

Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other assigned duties.

Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and staff.

Follow all school policies, procedures, and schedules.

Leave clear notes for the returning teacher regarding progress and any concerns.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Prior teaching or childcare experience strongly preferred

Must pass background screening and complete required training

Flexibility and professionalism in adapting to different grade levels and classroom needs
