• Provide field sales technical assistance and product recommendations, including plant surveys, proposal preparation, sales presentations, application testing, and customer/prospect entertainment.
• Apply knowledge of polymer chemistry and testing procedures.
• Assist sales representatives in product screening, treatment program selection, implementation, and troubleshooting to meet cost and performance objectives in chemical/refining and Food & Beverage.
• Travel throughout the continental U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week (≈70% travel).
• Provide field troubleshooting and technical assistance, including problem solving, on‑site training, operator training, and equipment inspections.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• Ten+ years of field experience in water and wastewater treatment; equivalent qualification is considered for a four‑year degree.
• Five or more years’ experience with a major water treatment company.
• Located in the Houston area and able to travel extensively across the continental U.S.

The compensation range for this role is $145,000 – $155,000 USD per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
