We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer Department Manager to lead and oversee challenging EPC projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

• Lead the design, analysis, and review of civil and structural engineering projects
• Participate in the development of engineering SOW and deliverables each project demands.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications and safety standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering within Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. (desired)
• Active TWIC Card
• Proven track record managing complex EPC projects from design through construction
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and engineering software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
