Environmental & Regulatory Advisor; Air

Exxon Mobil is seeking an Environmental & Regulatory Advisor (Air) to work in Beaumont, Texas.

The Sustainability Air Advisor will work within the Sustainability Department, supporting the Beaumont Refinery, Chemical Plant, and Polyethylene Plant. The advisor will provide compliance support, analyze air regulations, and maintain existing regulatory compliance systems.

• Provide compliance support to manufacturing sites, including analysis of air regulations and air permit consultation
• Review physical and operational changes to ensure compliance with air, waste, and water regulations
• Evaluate, manage, and interpret data, making recommendations and preparing written and verbal reports as needed
• Develop Compliance Plans to ensure compliance with new or revised regulations and permits
• Support Exxon Mobil Advocacy staff on regulatory issues
• Act as a liaison between state and federal agencies
• Participate in internal and external regulatory assessments

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar field
• Proven ability to take initiative, manage deadlines, and achieve results
• Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
