Trans Tech designs and manufactures ASME pressure vessels, API storage tanks, TEMA heat exchangers, packaged process equipment, reactors, distillation columns, and other custom designed applications. Our design, construction, and field service capabilities include gas processing, storage, and utilization projects in energy, power, industrial, and biogas markets. Trans Tech has facilities in North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Oregon, Indiana, and Montana, and field teams supporting North and South America.

The Project Manager will work closely with the President of Maddox Industrial Group (MIG) and the Trans Tech Leadership Team to replicate MIG’s capabilities in the Gulf Coast region, while using our current Beaumont, TX facility as a home base.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities- Live by our safety culture always, pursuing our goal of zero accidents.
- Manage the workflow for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Execute deliverables throughout the lifecycle of projects which include, but not limited to, scope definition, proposal definition, and project execution.
- Provide timely updates to customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage project schedule, documentation, budgets, and labor hours.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs.
- Work with Foremen/Superintendents to plan, assign, and monitor work responsibilities for field crews, and maintain MIG’s quality standards.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Work with internal team to source and manage materials and outside contractors as required for projects.
- Verify punch list items at project completion and complete turn over package.
- Work with the finance team to invoice on a timely basis, process and manage change orders, and assist with collections when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5 years+ experience managing construction projects or 10 years of field experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other team members, engineers, subcontractors, and customers with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A working knowledge of ASME B31.3/31.1 welding procedures and API guidelines.
- Construction experience in the Air Separation, Gas Processing, or Energy industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- After‑hours phone availability for field team support.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Knowledge in Procore, Power
BI, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and ERP systems (preferred).
- Four‑year degree (preferred engineering or construction management).
- Travel: 25% to 50%
