About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Large Loss Estimator to join Restoration 1 of Beaumont. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are seeking a team member who shares our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and estimate large loss restoration projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in large loss fire and water loss estimation
• Knowledge of restoration industry practices and techniques
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
• Structural framing and rough trade knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. IICRC certification) preferred
