The Food Service Assistant - Mobile Tech is responsible for the operation of the Mobile Ordering application in the retail cafeteria which encompasses maintaining the application dashboard, accepting orders, facilitating communications within the application and fulfilment of orders once they are processed.

Daily set up of the Mobile Ordering app ensuring that all components are online, communications are linked and are ready to go. Reconciling sales daily and issuing refunds (with management approval) in cases where they are warranted

Take orders from the linked tablet and process in order to send on to the preparation stations for customer fulfilment. Ensure that all orders are reviewed and accepted in a timely manner and that customer communication is clear and understood.

Assign pick up times to ensure that each customer receives what they order and it is ready when they arrive for pick up.

Ensure that all items on the mobile ordering app that are orderable are in stock and able to be prepared. This is to be done daily and if there are items out of stock, go to the dashboard and make the proper adjustments so that customers are seeing in real time the availability of the menu.

Responsible for baking of specialty items for retail sale and supporting the various platforms in prepping and opening the stations for daily business, as assigned.
