Incumbent has frequent contact with a variety of vendors. Contact is facetoface, by telephone and written communication. This position reports to the Executive Vice President Consumer Lending Manager and may receive guidance from the Loan Committee and daily work with other officers and staff to meet customers needs and provide a profit for Bank.

• Generate retail contracts and volume for the bank by establishing relationships with commercial retail businesses.
• Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts.
• Incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct or indirect basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit.
• Responsible for retail sales finance acquisition advising commercial business owners to market financing options to their potential customers.
• This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits.
• Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in business marketing, management, accounting or finance is required. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least four years related experience.
• Excellent communication and human relation skills also required.
• Bank lending experience preferred.
• Must have a thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills
