**** Membership Representative - Beaumont, TX
**** On-call / as-needed, working on an as needed basis
** Health Fitness is looking for a
** Membership Sales Representative
** to join the team at our client site located in
** Beaumont, Texas**. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement.  The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
* This is an on-call position covering for regular staff when they are unable to work.
**
* Key Accountabilities:

*** Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
* Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.
* Promoting and attending facility social events.
* Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.
* May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.
* Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
* Other duties as needed/assigned
** Minimum Requirements
*** High School Diploma/GED.
* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
* 1-2 years previous sales experience.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
* Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
* Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
