WHAT DOES REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN DO?
  • Implements one‑on‑one ABA program developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collects and reports data for target behaviors to assigned BCBA supervisor
  • Participates in behavior management programming for assigned clients
  • Works with families and provides ongoing parent/caregiver modeling & training
  • Participates in team building activities, meetings, and ongoing professional development training
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
  • High energy & positive attitude!
  • Skilled at developing rapport & capturing motivation
  • Team player
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Clear Background Check
  • Experience working with children (preferably children with special needs)
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license in applicable state and own viable transportation
  • Possess active auto insurance per state requirements
  • Travel to and from assigned client homes (as needed)
