Primoris Pipeline is currently seeking a bilingual Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Beaumont, Texas. This role serves as a vital point of contact for our projects sites and will directly interface with other members of the HR team, the management team, and pipeline field personnel on a daily basis. The bilingual Onboarding Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the onboarding process for all of our new hires supporting the Primoris Pipeline group.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-access requirements for new hires (send for drug and alcohol testing, safety training, etc.)
- Assist new hires with onboarding documents (sign on packages, benefit enrollment, etc.)
- Coordinate new hire arrival to respective job sites
- Post available craft job opportunities via UKG
- Screen craft applicants and send to hiring managers
- Other general HR assistance for the division
Basic Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred but not required
