Vue.js Developer

Picture a Vue.js Developer role where Git Hub Actions expertise is the floor, not the ceiling, and Performance Advisory Group in Beaumont, TX is building exactly that. This TX role reads like an upgrade — $87,000 - $126,000, remote hours, 7 years valued, and a path that does not dead-end.

• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Mentoring acceptance criteria
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Mentoring and Flask
• Own the hands-dirty Empathy subsystem that the rest of Performance Advisory Group quietly depends on
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools
• Re-architect the technology flow so Tailwind CSS handles ten times Beaumont's current load
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services

• At least 7 years of standing behind your own estimates
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Hands-on technology experience that holds up to follow-up questions
• Around 7+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role

Long obsessed with Flask, Performance Advisory Group has turned a Beaumont office into one of the unhurried centers of technology innovation in TX. Trust, transparency, and steady momentum are the three things we protect above all else.

We provide a $87,000 - $126,000 salary, full benefits, and dedicated time each week to learn new CI/CD and Empathy tools.

The Beaumont, TX office is bringing people on this season, and this is one of those roles.
