Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure the delivery of top-quality janitorial services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across multiple sites

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Train and mentor staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Prepare reports on operational performance and staff productivity

Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial or facilities management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if managing multiple sites)

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
