Dir, Regional Operations - Southeast Texas & Southwest Louisiana

DIR, REGIONAL OPERATIONS – SOUTHEAST TEXAS & SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA

Join Compass One Healthcare as Regional Director of Operations. You will lead a team of District Managers across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client relationships.

• Lead and inspire a team of District Managers and Resident District Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, achieving KPIs around profitability, safety, and engagement.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in your territory and serve as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with sales and retention teams to ensure smooth account management.
• Ensure compliance with QA, policy, USDA program requirements and complete all reporting on time.
• Own the financial results/P&L for the territory and work with leadership to forecast and budget.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution or 8+ years progressive experience in multi‑unit food service, hospitality, plant operations, environmental services, laundry distribution or related support services.

• Senior leadership experience with contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services negotiation.
• Track record of business growth and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical, strategic thinking.
• Excellent client relationship, influence, communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
