• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in restoration technology.
• Manage on Call Schedule
• Produce mitigation estimate
• On Call required

• Proven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
