Sr. Region Distribution Manager

Job Summary

Oversees all aspects of safely delivering reliable electric service and excellent customer service within the East Region of ETI’s Distribution Operations organization. Outstanding leadership skills required to create a strong culture of safety, dignity and respect, drive customer service and reliability improvements through collaboration between line operations, design & field engineering and customer service.

• Be seen as a leader in the Opco Distribution Operations organization through effective coordination and strong collaboration of activities of the OpCo's line operations, DOC, Work Management, design & field engineering and customer service team.
• Deliver highly reliable energy services safely and lowest reasonable cost.
• Develop field leaders and craft employees for career opportunities, working closely to ensure all employees receive coaching and training as needed.
• Stay informed about CS industry and technology best practices, bringing new ideas, efficiencies and solutions to Entergy.
• Key measures of success include: achieve Target Zero safety incidents, drive continuous improvement in reliability as measured by the operating region's SAIFI,SAIDI, drive actions at the region level to achieve strategic customer satisfaction goals as measured by CSat Metric, Net Promoter Score, Commit Dates (% met) & Customer Complaints (# and speed to resolve).
• Support the development and implementation of Customer Experience, Marketing, and Communications initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in distribution engineering, distribution line operations, storm restoration, change management and customer service.
• Knowledge of processes and key performance indicators for distribution engineering, distribution line operations, storm restoration, change management and customer service.
• Proven leader in effectively leading and implementing positive change, modeling behaviors and commitment to Dignity and Respect, ability to analyze reliability data and develop action plans to improve reliability.
• View as a positive change leader who will successfully build a collaborative team.
