Must have a minimum of 3 years of electrical maintenance experience or a 2‑year electronic instrumentation degree with one year of electrical maintenance experience. Ability to perform electrical construction and troubleshooting using schematics, with knowledge of 120 V single phase, 240 V single and three‑phase, and 480 V three‑phase voltage principles. Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of CNC machines, welding equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, mobile equipment, vehicles, hoists, power hand tools, and building electrical systems.

Physical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years electrical maintenance experience or 2‑year electronic instrumentation degree plus 1 year electrical maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of control circuitry principles and basic electrical system parts and functions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and a voltage/ohm meter.
- Basic electronics knowledge.
- Ability to drive various vehicles as required.
- Self‑motivated with a good attitude and attendance record.
- Comprehension of written and spoken instructions.
- Must be able to stand and work in adverse conditions for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Use of simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.).
- Ability to perform extensive walking, bending, stooping, moderate to heavy lifting, and manual work with levers and knobs.
- Abide by all company policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Know and understand NOV's principal quality policy.
- Provide guidance, training, development and monitoring of maintenance personnel.
- Establish proficiency in all areas requiring maintenance services:
- Extensive knowledge of electronics (CNC controls)
- Electrical circuits and schematics
- Instrumentation
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Welding equipment
- Mechanical equipment
- Mobile equipment and vehicles
- Forklifts
- Hoists, cranes and lifts
- Hand and power tools
- Buildings and grounds
- Develop cause/effect/prevention troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Implement the preventive maintenance program.
- Monitor and maintain adequate spare parts inventory.
- Use resources in a cost‑efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Perform other duties as defined by the Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedures.
- Generate non‑compliance reports, corrective action and/or preventative actions per operating procedures.
