Pay Rate $30.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.

• Supervise and lead wireman teams on the production floor.
• Coordinate daily activities and workflow to meet production goals.
• Serve as the direct liaison between team members and Electrical Foremen.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to promote efficiency and professional growth.
• Troubleshoot production and wiring issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and project completion timelines.

• Previous experience as a Wireman Lead, Electrical Lead, or related supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and production processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
