Charge Nurse (RN) – Full-time

Job Requirements

• Act as the hemodialysis team leader, providing day‑to‑day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, their families, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
• Use tactful and appropriate communication in all work‑related interactions.
• Sign‑on bonus available up to $7,500.00 depending on experience.

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines).
• Meets state/licensing requirements.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership ability.

$40 – $52 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
