Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Intelli Staff Medical is seeking 6 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for direct-hire positions in Beaumont, Texas. The CRNAs will work under the direction of the operative surgeon, utilizing their expertise to interpret patient data and provide age‑specific care according to ANA Standards of Practice.

Job Duties
  • Evaluate patients under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist to develop accurate anesthetic plans.
  • Determine and administer appropriate anesthesia dosages during procedures.
  • Maintain thorough records of anesthesia type and dosage, patient condition, responses, and medical histories.
  • Assess patient recovery post‑surgery and facilitate transfer to designated recovery areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Implement necessary nursing interventions to stabilize patient conditions and prevent complications.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthetist program.
Required License/Certifications
  • Current Nurse Anesthetist License and Certification.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Unit‑specific competencies must be obtained within six months of hire.
