Flight Nurse, ICU Nurse

• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment and support.
• Manage adult and pediatric critical care cases using strong critical thinking skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow protocols during shift changes.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for role compliance.

• Minimum three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in relevant states.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications as required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight duties.
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
• Preferred: prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
