We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time
On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)
Case Manager position in the Beaumont area.
The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the followingjob duties:
Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements.
Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
- 1+years'experience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
- Clean background,drug screen, and driving record
- Semi-monthly pay periods

Hours:
Friday 5pm
- Monday 8am
