Reports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader

Position Summary: The line positions are essential to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food with excellence. As the front line of our operation, standards must be exceeded to ensure we fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent menu and product knowledge.
  • Accountable for preparing guest orders accurately.
  • Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Sincerely thank guests for their business.
  • Participate in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
  • Willingness to perform other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
