Barback, Restaurant​/Food Service

A Barback assists bartenders with daily bar operations by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware. Responsibilities include keeping the bar area clean and organized, washing and polishing glasses, changing kegs when needed, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and helping bartenders during busy shifts. Barbacks may also assist with opening and closing duties, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly.

• Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and other bar supplies.

• Wash and organize glassware and bar equipment.

• Keep the bar, workstations, and storage areas clean.

• Assist bartenders during busy periods.

• Change kegs and refill ice bins when needed.
