As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Joondalup store. You’ll lead, coach, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, all while driving sales performance and maintaining high operational standards.

You’ll champion customer service excellence, bring the company strategy to life on the shop floor, and create an environment where your team feel supported, inspired, and empowered to grow.

• Lead, mentor and develop your team to achieve peak performance
• Drive sales, set targets and implement sales initiatives
• Ensure sales and margin goals are consistently exceeded
• Maintain strong inventory control, stock movement and loss prevention
• Champion WHS policies, creating a safe and supportive workplace
• Manage both trade and retail orders across multiple channels
• Build customer relationships and elevate the in-store experience

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (retail or similar industry)
• Background in flooring, hardware, building or bathroom ware is a bonus
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
• A track record of smashing team sales targets
• Confident communicator who can engage, influence and motivate
