• As an eStore Curbie, retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put-away locations and transport them to the customer.
• Use a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders, communicate order changes/adjustments to customers, and make necessary adjustments based on customer requests.
• Audit orders for bagging, quality, and completion; ensure notes are followed.
• Package, transport, and load groceries/merchandise from holding areas to the customer’s vehicle; minimize shrink through careful handling.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain high levels of customer service.

• Minimum age 16.
• Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller – s Training).
• Customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 55 lbs with safe lifting practices and occasional repetitive movements.
