As a Customer Service Assistant, you will package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the store to their vehicles. You will also assist customers in locating merchandise, unload merchandise from baskets, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store. Once eligible, you may become an owner in the company.

• Assist in unloading merchandise from baskets.
• Package groceries and help customers transport or unload them into their vehicles.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.

• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the store.
• Maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, and stock check‑stand supplies.
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers, replace anti‑fatigue mats, and perform cart and parts basket relocation and power‑washing for department setup.
• Perform red basket fill‑up and retrieval.
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum check‑stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety.

• Completion of Company Orientation and Basic Safety training (upon hire).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay attentive to customer needs.
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lift and manage up to 100 lbs safely.
• Physical capability to stand for up to 5.5+ hours per 8‑hour shift, frequently stand/walk, occasionally reach overhead or lift heavy items with proper technique.
