- Develop new business and grow rental market share within a defined Southeast Texas sales territory
- Represent Mustang Rental Services as an industry leader
, communicating product features and advantages - Conduct customer site visits to provide tailored rental solutions and equipment recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness
- Generate quotes, proposals, and financing options using CRM and sales platforms
- Stay up to date on CAT and non-CAT equipment
, including aerial lifts
, compressors
, generators
, and general rental tools - Meet and exceed territory sales goals through active prospecting and strategic account development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
, Management
, Technical
, or related field - Equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education
- Demonstrated success in territory sales
, especially in the rental equipment industry - Strong mechanical aptitude and product understanding
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
- Experience understanding equipment applications across construction, industrial, or municipal sectors
