We’re a fast-growing water damage restoration and mitigation company that helps homeowners and businesses recover quickly from water losses, leaks, and floods. We pride ourselves on fast response, integrity, and quality workmanship.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and help more property owners get back to normal after disaster strikes.

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors
• Generate and follow up on leads for water, mold, and fire restoration
• Conduct site visits and build trust with homeowners and commercial clients
• Manage customer relationships through the inspection-to-job-close process
• Represent the company at local networking and industry events
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals

• Proven success in outside sales, B2B, or restoration industry
• Knowledge of insurance restoration, water mitigation, or construction (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Base salary + aggressive commission structure
