Insurance Sales – No Evenings, No Weekends

Teacher’s Pension Services, a leading independent financial services organization in the 403(b) and 457(b) business, is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team working within existing plan sponsor relationships in the education market.

Full‑time or part‑time. Niche market training is provided. We schedule in‑person presentations and pre‑set appointments. No personal marketing is required.

• Provide state pension education and offer solutions to help bridge the retirement income gap.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Generate quotes for new customers and submit new business.
• Generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Follow a sales process designed to make closing simple.

• Life Insurance License.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to control your own schedule.
• Must have E&O insurance coverage.

1099 commission‑only role with great earning potential. Commissions will vary based on production, but $65,000+ in your first year is very achievable, with upper six figures earned by top agents annually.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $200,000+ per year.
