• Compensation: $120,000-$275,000 per year in commission based on performance
• ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2-3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day!

In this position, you will:

• Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
• Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre‑confirmed.
• Focus on selling.
• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• In‑Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus.
• Must be self‑motivated and results oriented.
• Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
• Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license and enjoy being on the road.
