Account Executive

Beaumont Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and improve retention. This role builds strong relationships with contracted vendors and providers to ensure high-quality service and care through regular patient interactions. /p    Sales Rep also engages with the community to promote services, identify individuals with potential care coordination or case management needs, and support referrals.

Working closely with internal teams, this role helps align outreach efforts with organizational goals while monitoring market trends and performance metrics. /p    position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to improving healthcare access in the Beaumont area. /p   onsibilities: /h3      with patients and families to discuss Pathfinder home health services. /li    as the liaison for Pathfinder between our referral sources, patients and their families, and the office.
