Account Manager

We are a high energy group in the electrical infrastructure space, connecting buyers with critical equipment including transformers, switch gear, and related products. As an early-stage company, we move fast and are actively building our sales team from the ground up. That means the people who join now have a real opportunity to grow with us — whether that's into a senior sales role, a team lead position, or something else entirely as the company scales.

Duties

• Identify and reach out to new potential customers beyond the provided leads to help grow the pipeline
• Present and explain electrical infrastructure products like transformers, switch gear, and related infrastructure
• Build relationships with procurement managers, engineers, and project managers at target accounts
• Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline through the sales cycle
• Accurately record activity and update deal status in our CRM

What we're looking for

• 2-3+ years in the electrical industry
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence - confident, clear, and persuasive
• A hard worker who shows up consistently and gives full effort every day; this role rewards those who put in the work
• Resilient and coachable, able to handle rejection, learn from it, and keep dialing
• Interest in or knowledge of electrical, construction, or industrial sectors is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your results.
