Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and safely operate specialized machinery in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inspect and assess ground conditions and overhead obstructions.
  • Maintain equipment through daily inspections, routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Maintain logs and records of operational activities.
  • Maintain visual and radio communications with ground operators, responding to questions and instructions clearly and quickly.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
  • Current TWIC card.
  • Successful post‑offer drug and physical screen; meet company background requirements.
  • Dependable and reliable with flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, materials, or instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work well within a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Strong depth perception and quick reaction time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 65 lbs.
  • Visual capabilities to follow hand signals, maintain logs, and operate machinery.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather including extreme heat and cold.
