We are looking for dependable Labor Helpers to support our industrial work crews. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety‑minded, and ready to work in a fast‑paced construction or maintenance environment. No prior trade experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
- Clean boilers, tanks, and work zones using scrapers, hoses, and other tools.
- Assist with positioning and holding parts for welding, fitting, or assembly.
- Attach cables, slings, or ropes to materials under direction.
- Help pipe fitters, welders, and other tradespeople with basic tasks.
- Operate basic equipment (e.g., hand trucks, hoists) and fuel/lubricate machinery.
- Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, lifting, and material handling.
- Work in various environments including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
