AboutThe Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.
What You’ll Do- Conduct Patient Screenings – Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
- Perform Dental Cleanings – Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
- Educate Patients – Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
- Take X-rays & Diagnostics – Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
- Apply Preventive Treatments – Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
- Support the Dentist – Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
