MSA has an opportunity for a Building Inspector II at the Madison, Beaver Dam, Rhinelander, or Marshfield office locations on the Public Works Service Line
. This can be a full-time or part‑time depending on your availability and we are open to discuss scheduling preferences.

Responsibilities
The work you will do
- Commercial and residential building assistance/inspections
- Housing program assistance
- Willingness to travel locally to support clients
Qualifications
What you bring
- 1+ years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar required
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
- Wisconsin UDC required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet deadlines, act independently and be a team player
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided
Pay ranges from $26 to $43 per hour, higher for experience.
