• Oversee all shift operations, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations are maintained.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing and profitability activities.
• Ensure store cleanliness, perfect image, great customer service, attendance, punctuality and safety.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility at least daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Accurate and quick addition, subtraction, multiplication and division (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.
• Typing or tablet use for order entry.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to ≥90°. Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing and stooping/bending.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Driving duties: deliver product by car to customer door, deliver flyers and door hangers; required navigation and ability to handle adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings and private homes.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong judgment, math skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
