The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience, assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to enhance your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!
Your Role at Sally Beauty- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- Creative, fun, and passionate team members.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Physical and Working ConditionsRequires standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. May involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
