**** JOB SUMMARY
** The Registered Nurse Long Term Care Team Lead is accountable for the provision and promotion of quality patient services while acting as a resource and assuring communication of issues and concerns. The RN Long Term Team Lead practices within the scope of the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act, using technical and critical thinking skills and established standards to coordinate care of the residents and manage the facilities nursing staff.

11pm-6:30am, every other weekend and holiday rotation

**** EDUCATION
* ** For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

** Three or more years’ of clinical practice and demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
** CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
*** The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.  Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
*** Minimum

Required:

*** Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
** Preferred/Optional:
** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
