Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Position Summary

Charleston House Senior Living, part of the Vista Senior Living Management network, offers compassionate care across 16 communities. We seek a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI, providing exceptional care and ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and well‑being.

Sign On Bonus & Compensation
  • Sign on bonus of $2,500 for full‑time, $1,000 for part‑time; paid in the 3rd and 6th month.
  • Hourly wage $19.00–$21.00.
  • Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment up to $5,250 per year.
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
  • Follow the schedule of resident needs set by supervisor.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Document daily log of assistance.
  • Notify supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
  • Respect residents’ independence and dignity, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarize with emergency equipment and procedures.
  • Attend required training, in‑service, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and preserve equipment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Passion for working with people and handling everyday challenges with a smile.
  • Experience in long‑term care or assisted living.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and caring interaction with residents, families, and staff.
