This position is a Walmart logistics management role located at 115 Distribution Way, Beaver Dam, WI , United States of America.

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others as needed. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Build high‑performing teams that embrace differences and foster a culture of belonging, creating opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Base pay range: $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. Stock options may also be offered.

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR
• 2 years supervisory experience.

All candidates must successfully complete all required job‑training and assessments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Experience as Walmart Logistics Manager.
• Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
