Creative Community Living Services, Inc. (CCLS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager of one of our AFH homes, to lead our team in providing exceptional in-home care for individuals with disabilities. If you have a passion for supporting both staff and clients, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support caregivers providing in-home care
- Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality care
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of care plans and services
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of in-home services (staff schedules, client activities etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate and supportive approach to leadership
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
