Our advanced powder coating systems utilize biodegradable pretreatment chemistries and V.O.C and H.A.P free coatings to deliver highly durable, corrosion-resistant finishes on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Technician for our 2nd
Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Monday to Friday, 2:00PM – 10:00PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

• Read and interpret work orders
• Stage and prep parts prior to coating
• Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line
• Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep
• Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
