Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser, working independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark in retail stores.
Job OverviewAs a Field Merchandiser you will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. You may also work with other products from partner companies.
Compensation & Schedule- Your starting pay will be $13.50–$14.00 per hour.
- Part‑time position with a variable schedule; 12–15 hours per week.
- Availability needed during major holidays, weekends, and overages.
- Day‑to‑day restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisors and complete required surveys.
- Provide courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
- Perform holiday support during peak demand periods, possibly working on actual holidays.
- Participate in department resets and installations as scheduled.
- Support team members across territories as needed.
Requires lifting up to 30 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally; ability to kneel, squat, climb stairs and ladders; prolonged standing, walking, and carrying cartons.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum 18 years old.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable using a handheld mobile device.
- Reliable internet access and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
- Reliable transportation to scheduled store assignments.
