Job OverviewVanguard Industrial Group is seeking skilled and dependable Journeyman Electricians licensed in Wisconsin (or a reciprocating state) to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll work on high-performance industrial electrical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations. We are looking for professionals who are reliable, career-minded, and ready to contribute to critical industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Adhere strictly to local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical circuits and systems.
- Install conduit, wire, panels, transformers, and control systems.
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for project success.
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required.
Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License or license from a reciprocating state.
5+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
